30-Minute Circuit
Our circuit includes both strength and cardio equipment. Each piece of strength equipment is designed for women and is fully adjustable based on each member's size and ability. The equipment is also weight resistant which allows members to continually gain strength and progress at her own pace. Our cadio equipment includes 5 rebounders which keep the heart rate up and burn calories. Together, the strength and cardio equipment provide the essentials of a total body workout, all in 30 minutes!

Group Exercise Classes
Our 30-minute classes include cardio classes to burn calories, sculpting classes to tone and firm the body, as well as yogaand pilates classes which increase flexibility and reduce stress while gaining core strength. Classes rotate monthly, giving members the variety their bodies need to be continually challenged, both mentally and physically. Classes are 30 minutes and are designed for women of all levels of fitness and experience. Be sure to check out our class schedule to see what's new this month!
The Butterfly Life Diet
The Butterfly Life Diet is a combination of our nutrition lectures and Butterfly Diet Book. The Diet is an easy-to-follow plan that provides healthy recipes and a journal that encourages women to make the necessary changes in order to lead a healthy lifestyle.
